How to use Samsung’s new and improved Digital Wellbeing Feature

Samsung’s One UI 2.o has a feature that monitors your usage time and also sets a timer for other apps. This feature is known as the Digital wellbeing feature. It will help you to limit your digital habits.

To see your Digital wellbeing and set timers: Go to the Settings then tap Digital wellbeing and parental controls. Then you will see your overall usage, the time that you spent every day on apps, the number of notifications, and shows how many times you’ve unlocked your phone.

You can also set a timer for each app to limit your usage. To set a timer from the Digital wellbeing and parental controls Home screen, tap App timers. Tap the drop-down arrow next to your desired app, and then select your desired amount of time. Or, tap Custom to set your own.
